Mi-Feed manufactures a range of horse rations to cover all disciplines, from high end micornised fully mixed feeds to horse and pony pellets as well as micronised single grains such as barley and oats. Micronised feeds are safe to feed as the starches are gelatinised and offer the horse access to the nutrition of the grains in the feed. Micronising grain makes them less dense and therefore larger in volume. This has the ability to reducing the speed in which the animals will consume their feed, which has been linked to one of the possible contributing factor of colic.
